Recently, a new development has transpired - the birth of Music Singles sold on Memory Sticks (as opposed to CD’s). The popular UK Band Keane are the first Band to release a Music Single in this way.

The 512MB memory stick will be sold in standard CD packaging, with the device shrink-wrapped to the sleeve artwork. So far, this new phenomenon is only available on a limited bases, but may take off soon as an alternative to CD’s and Music Downloads.
